26-Mar-2008 - DiskTracker 2.4b9 for Mac OS X is available for download in English. This Universal Binary version runs native on Intel Macs, is fully compatible with Mac OS X Leopard, adds some new features, and fixes several bugs in DiskTracker 2.3.3. The software is available from the download page.
24-Jan-2006 - DiskTracker 2.3.3 is available for download in English. It fixes a potential application launch problem under Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) with DiskTracker 2.3.2. Visit the version history page for a complete list of changes. The software is available from the download page.

DiskTracker has these great features, plus many, many more:
- View the contents of scanned disks in a familiar, easy-to-use MacOS-style list
- Automatically scan disks, even when DiskTracker isn't running, with the DiskTracker Extension (classic Mac OS only)
- Built-in virtual memory scheme enables DiskTracker to handle the largest volumes and CD-ROMs, even when allocated only 1500KB of RAM (classic Mac OS only)
- Intelligent background disk scanner scans and updates mounted volumes/servers and removable media
- Scan the contents of StuffIt (all versions, including StuffIt 5) and Compact Pro archives
- Drag & Drop copy and move between the Finder and DiskTracker

System Requirements

DiskTracker 2.2 requires at least:
- Mac OS/System 7.5.3 (with Appearence Manager 1.3) or later or Mac OS X 10.0 or later
- A Macintosh with a 68020 (or later) or PowerPC processor
- 1500KB of free RAM (4MB recommended)

Shareware
|
|
DiskTracker 2 is distributed as shareware. As such, you may try it for 30 days, but to continue using it after that time, you are required to register the software for US$30.
DiskTracker 1.x users can upgrade to version 2.2 by paying a $10 upgrade fee. This fee represents the price-difference between the cost of a DT 2.0 and a DT 1.x registration.
